• How can I send the artwork and in what format?

A: You simply need to send us your logo in jpeg or any other format and we will do the rest. We can take your logo from your website as well and can trace It for better quality.

• Where I need to send the artwork?

A: You can send your artwork to: info@printinginuk.com

• Will my logo look exactly the way it looks on my screen?

A: No, it won’t be exact. Computer screen has millions of colours and a logo will look different on each screen. We try to match 99%-99.9% as the logo will be screen printed

• Will I see a proof before production?

A: Yes of course. We will send you a digital proof.

• What is your lead time?

A: Our lead time is 7-10 working days

• Can I post internationally?

A: Yes we do post outside UK. However, delivery charges will apply.

• How do you accept payment?

A: You can pay us via BACS or you can pay us online via paypal and google checkout.

• How can I cancel my order?

A: You need to email us at info@printinginuk.com. However, if the order has been processed then cancellation charge may apply depending on the order.

• What are set up charges?

A: We do not charge SET Up charges.
